Contoh Penerapan Etika Dalam Dunia Bisnis :
• Melakukan suatu praktek bisnis dengan baik tidak dengan cara yang kotor
• Tidak melakukan suatu tindakan yang dapat merugikan orang lain
• Bersaing secara sehat
• Memperoleh keuntungan dengan cara yang tidak curang, tidak adil, dan tidak bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai budaya yang ada pada suatu masyarakat atau kelompok
• Harus mengandung sikap solidaritas, dan hindari sikap “ aji mumpung “

Pendapat tetntang “ kompetisi adalah konsep, mereka yang berhasil adalah yang mahir mennghancurkan musuh-musuhnya “ :
Menurut pendapat saya pribadi hal itu sangat tidak baik dan sangat bertentangan dengan kepribadian bangsa kita kususnya bangsa Indonesia, karena setiap orang memiliki hak akan suatu keberhasilan dari suatu bisnis yang mereka lakukan. Terutama dalam islam, hal itu sangat dilarang sekali oleh agama ini, karena setiap orang sudah memiliki rezekinya masing-masing tanpa harus saling menghancurkan satu sama lainnya, terlebih apabila hal ini dilakukan maka pelakunya diharamkan untuk masuk surga-Nya, dan apabila hasil harta dari hal ia lakukan tadi diberikan dan dimakan oleh keluarganya maka dalam darah mereka akan mengalir darah yang haram.

Contoh Penerapan Dari Prinsip-Prinsip GCG Pada BUMN :
• Transparansi (transparency) contohnya :
- Adanya sifat saling terbuka terhadap sesama anggota pada saat rapat
- Tidak adanya sikap saling menutup-nutupi satu sama lainnya
• Kemandirian (independency) contohnya :
- Tidak adanya suatu tekanan dari pihak manapun dalam hal pembuatan perusahaan
- Perusahaan tersebut menjalankan semua kegiatannya dengan tenaga dari dalam perusahaan sendiri
• Akuntabilitas (accountability) contohnya :
- Adanya suatu sikap yang tegas dalam pengambilan keputusan
- Tidak boleh adanya suatu sikap “ lempar batu sembunyi tangan “ karena dapat membahayakan perusahaan tersebut
• Pertanggungjawaban (responsibility) contohnya :
- Adanya sikap tanggung jawab dari semua sector yang bekerja pada perusahaan tersebut
- Harus adanya kesesuaian di dalam pengelolaan perusahaan
• Kewajaran (fairness) contohnya :
- Harus memiliki sifat adil dalam memenuhi hak-hak stakeholders lainnya
- Tidak boleh membeda-bedakan antara hak-hak stakeholders.

Jawaban :

1. Penerapan etiket di masyarakat :
• Saling menghormati antara sesama manusia.
• Berperilaku yg sopan kepada orang tua dan lingkungan sekitar.
• Saling menghormati dan bertoleransi antar umat beragama.
• Ikut berpartisipasi aktif dalam gotong royong di lingkungan sekitar.
• Menciptakan lingkungan yg aman dan damai antar sesama masyarakat.

2. Contoh pelanggaran sosial :
• Melakukan perbuatan maksiat seperti perjudian dan cabul di lingkungan masyarakat.
• Melakukan peredaran serta menggunakan narkoba di lingkungan masyarakat.
• Mengganggu lingkungan sekitar serta berbuat anarki dan kejahatan di masyarakat.

Sanksi sosial yang diberikan :
• Diberikan peringatan serta teguran dari pihak keamanan lingkungan.
• Dicemooh warga sekitar dan di kucilkan dari pergaulan.
• Diberi sanksi hukum oleh aparat berwajib, dalam hal ini kepolisian dengan memberikan denda dan sanksi kurungan penjara.

3. Kelebihan hedonisme di era globalisasi :
• Kekuatan dan kemajuan teknologi dan budaya yg telah berkembang di masyarakat, menyebabkan masyarakat mengetahui lebih banyak tentang ilmu dan budaya akan tetapi kita tetap harus melakukan filterisasi agar kita dapat memilih ilmu yg bermanfaat dan ilmu yg kurang bermanfaat.
• Bersikap kritis terhadap aspek perkembangan zaman.


Kekurangan hedonisme di era globalisasi :
• Hedonisme membuat seseorang lupa akan tanggung jawabnya karena apa yg dilakukannya hanya untuk kesenangan semata
• Hedonisme dapat menyebabkan rusaknya sistem nilai nilai kehidupan yang ada dimasyarakat, seperti sosial budaya, ekonomi, pilitik dan keamanan, serta pendidikan.
